We have received nominations in both the local Vancouver Home Builder Association – HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence and the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia – Georgie Awards.

HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence – Finalists announced

The Tavan Group is pleased to announce that they have received ‘Nine’ Finalist nominations in the 2024 HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence.

They received two nominations for their gorgeous custom home ‘Balaclava Grandeur’ – Best New Kitchen, and Best Space (Scotch room).

They also received 6 Finalist nominations for an outstanding renovation ‘ Shaughnessy Renaissance’ – Best Home Renovation, Best Character Home Renovation, Best Kitchen Renovation, Best Space, Best Feature and Best Interior Design for this home
