Influences of English Tudor, Craftsman and Georgian are expressed as big bold overhangs, 3” thick fascia boards, huge spindles, dentils, exposed rafter tails and zinc gutters.
Front steps are split granite/red brick with raised grout line. This bold exterior personality flows inside.
We were determined to capture the feel of an old home, but with modern conveniences. Hence, every inch was scrutinized – results – open, functioning floorplan, amazing ceiling details, and delightful lighting solutions.
The amazing kitchen combines engineered Italian veneers, high gloss acrylic Parapan cabinet doors, custom-turned, chromed island posts and shaker-style island doors anchor modern crisp lines.
Knowing that there is an extreme science to achieving success – flow, layout, and that every room must be a WOW, we incorporated 11 ft ceilings on main, vaults, window seats, always looking to make the space look and feel bigger than it is. A second kitchen was a must, plus 4 bedrooms each with ensuite.
